How to Ship Your First Order in Lazada [ Lazada Seller Shipping Guide ] Part 1

Congratulations on your first order, after listed your products. The first sale, what you should do? Here is to teach you on what you should do on your first order on Lazada. 

You go to your Lazada Seller Center. There is 'Orders & Reviews' category, click on it. Don't use the Orders (New U), because it's very confusing. You select Orders. You need to understand the category at the top. 

All - All orders

Unpaid - Have not pay (don't need to care about it)

Pending - Not printed and not packed yet

Ready to ship - Packed already and waiting for courier to come

Ship - Already send out the items, either with the courier or on the way to customers

The courier won't come and pick up until you grow to certain stage then you can apply the courier to pick up. 

Click on Pending and All, there are numbers beside it. Meaning the total number you have not printed. Look at the Printed table, it will show you 'X' means not yet. Then, you can print all documents which will have stock list, invoice and shipping label. Some if you want to save paper, you'll need to print invoice and shipping label only. Shipping label is the courier slip that you put and stick. The bottom corner of the page can adjust the amount of sales in a page and you can select the numbers to print it if you wanna have a try.

The first step to print your orders, select the checkbox that you wish to print that order. Then select 'Print All Documents' under Print. Once you click, there is a small tab pop out. It shows you the invoice number (is auto-generated), if you wish to change also can change it then you press save order ID to proceed to printing. After the order is printed, you will see documents, stock checklist, invoice and shipping label in A4 size if you use A4 paper. But, I strongly recommend to choose A5 (half of the A4) and fit to paper to save paper and money. If you received 20 orders above per day, you can buy a thermal printer to print your shipping label.

If you forget which order that you had printed it out, you can look at the 'Printed' section. It shows up a green tick if you have printed it out. After packing your orders, then you type your order number or use a scanner to scan the barcode. After that, select the order number and 'Set Status' 'Ready to Ship'. Then the courier will receive item notification to pick up the item only if you click ready to ship. If you forget to click ready to ship and you are a new seller by receiving one order per day. So, you need to sent it to a drop off point and the system will set for you. Example, MBE in Starbucks (you need to go your nearest MBE). Once you reach there, they will scan you item and your status delivery will be update. No worries, everything will be systematic. Once your sales increase up to a number, the courier will come and pick up for you. Then, you don't need to run around to ship out your parcels.
